One - Technical Parameters:
1. Fully automatic metal tape and tape bonding, fully automatically cutting into single pieces.
2. Suitable for treated aluminum metal strip or nickel metal strip with 20mm-100mm width.
3. Suitable for 5mm-10mm wide PP rubber.
4. Upper and lower thermocompression platen closely parallel and plane inosculation accuracy ≤0.005mm
5. The upper and lower tapes are misaligned ≤0.1mm.
6. Metal tape spacing tolerance ± 0.1mm, tape spacing tolerance ± 0.1mm.
7. The parallelism tolerance of metal conductor and tape is ±0.1mm.
8. Metal tape step length and required accuracy: 20mm-300mm ± 0.1mm.
9. Can support the production of any types of rubber sold in the market.

1. The machine uses PLC (Mitsubishi or Inovance) + HMI + servo system.
2. The pneumatic components used in the machine are from the Japanese SMC.
3. The thermostat adopts OMRON.
4. Operating speed; 1200PCS/H.
